This notice covers project inquiries submitted through the Bright App Works website.

What you share

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional business name, project category, and message. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

How it is used

Bright App Works uses these details to understand your project and communicate with you about it. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. When email notifications are configured, your inquiry is also sent through an email delivery provider to Bright App Works. Hosting and email providers process these details to operate the service.

Abuse prevention

The site stores a hashed network identifier with each request to limit repeated submissions. It is not used for advertising. The site does not use advertising or analytics tracking scripts.

Questions or removal requests

Use the project inquiry form to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry. Include your request reference if available and use the same email address so Bright App Works can verify the request.
